I used your new product Ultimate Bore Protection while hunting elk, mule deer and pronghorn in Wyoming and while deer hunting in Idaho in 2007. It performed as expected , keeping out dust, dirt, and snow on difficult hunts. I took a six point bull elk in wet and snowy conditions and two pronghorn with aid of this useful product, and I will use it by choice on future hunts. Thanks for developing this common sense product.

While testing Ultimate Bore Protection in 2006, I took this 115 to 120 class whitetail deer near my home in Buffalo, Wyoming. As owner of Bighorn Products, LLC, I tested Ultimate Bore Protection in some of the most adverse conditions Wyoming could throw at me; temperatures of 15 below, wind, rain, sleet, snow,
thick, dark timber, even driving the barrels of my guns into the ground time after time and finally shooting moderate to long range with no accuracy problems. I took this whitetail at 378 yards and the elk I harvested that year (no photo available) was 340 yards, again, with no accuracy problems.

I was in Wyoming in August on my annual varmit shooting trip when a good friend from Buffalo showed me the Ultimate Bore Protection that a friend of his had designed. He had a few with him and he gave me some to try. I have always utilized tape on my gun (left marks on my barrel and seemed to come off with weather) and then I tried laboratory finger protectors (light weight and were not very durable). However, for two days of carrying my rifle in my backpack with the barrel exposed to trees, brush and weather, the Ultimate Bore Protection was in great shape when I fired my sole shot at the Ram with my 300 Weatherby Mag at 367 yards. The Ram took several steps before it fell backwards off a small cliff. Initially, every time I went through brush and trees, I would check my barrel to make sure the protector was still in place. After confirming the Ultimate Bore Protection was constantly holding up to the punishment, I began to trust its robustness. With the results of the Ultimate Bore Protection on this hunt, I will continue to utilize it in future hunts. It was about a 4½ hour hike back to our vehicle. This was probably the most physically demanding hunt I had ever completed.

I took my son Mark out Friday afternoon through rain and snow, wind, you name it, it was thrown at us. We had the Ultimate Bore Protection on and never worried. Didn't have any luck finding any deer standing, but went back the next morning in 22 degree weather. We still put our Ultimate Bore Protection on and within and hour and a half my son Mark shot his first deer with your product. I use it all the time now. It's no different than putting shells in my gun. It's just part of the hunt.

I wanted to send you a quick note to tell you how happy I am with your product and customer service. For years I have tried everything from electrical tape to water balloons to keep debris from
entering the bore of my rifle. Your product is exactly what I have been searching for and performed very well, even in sub freezing conditions. When I called to let you know of a fluke defect in one of the UBP's in the package I had received, you quickly called to learn about what happened and corrected the situation with an immediate replacement. This type of product and service is second to none. Thank you!

The bottom line is Ultimate Bore Protection works. I will always protect the end of my rifle in the field. I have tried a variety of tapes and even balloons over the years. Ultimate Bore Protection simply works the best.

I received my order in good condition and wanted to let you know how satisfied I am with UBP. I bought some finger cots from the drug store, JUNK, so I saw some made by Traditions Muzzleloaders, JUNK, then I got yours. What a difference. I put one on my Encore and just putting it on you can tell that this is quality. Thanks.
